Use of Service

You agree to use Briefly Legal responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Our service is intended for general note-taking. You are responsible for the content you record and are advised not to capture highly sensitive or confidential information.

Subscription & Cancellation

Our premium features are available through a subscription. To avoid charges for the subsequent billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you are solely responsible for the information you record on our platform. Briefly Legal is indemnified against any claims from third parties related to the data you choose to upload or transcribe.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
